First Report 2025 Harvest

On February 25th, we will begin the harvest of Sauvignon Blanc from Zapallar, located in the eastern part of the Curicó Valley.

Over the past 30 days, we have noted elevated temperatures that have accelerated ripening, allowing us to start the harvest with favorable sugar levels, targeting alcohol content of 12.5 to 13°.

The acidity levels are also promising, enabling us to swiftly proceed with the harvest of white varieties, which we anticipate completing by March 15th.

The fruit appears to be healthy, and the vineyard yields are in line with our expectations.

Following this, we will assess the red varieties, which we anticipate starting to harvest in the second week of March.
