The interesting thing about this 2016 vintage is the incorporation of Carignan, a variety that provides acidity, fresh fruit and great expression.
This shows us how this traditional and until now little diffused variety is able to earn an important place in high-end wine blends.
This 2016, which has a score of 95 points from the CAV, has great aging potential, still evolving the bottle to continue surprising us for several more years.
